President/Founder
Barbara Belole Achingale is a Cameroonian philanthropist, Pan-African advocate, and celebrated Afro-Jazz artist (Belole Ray).
As Founder and CEO of the Milestone Foundation, she has dedicated much of her life to uplifting underprivileged communities across Cameroon.
Raised in a devout Christian home, Barbara embraced values of love, humility, and service from an early age. Despite limited means, her compassion and generosity were evident even in childhood. She studied theology at the John Paul II Institute in Buea, strengthening her commitment to faith-driven service. Since 2013, her involvement with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul has shaped her deep connection to the elderly, children, and marginalized populations.
Beyond philanthropy, Barbara uses her Afro-Jazz platform to champion unity, hope, and social justice across Africa. She exemplifies resilience and transformational leadership, embodying the true spirit of Pan-Africanism. Barbara is a beacon of compassion, inspiring change and hope wherever her work and music reach.
Communication Officer 1
Emmanuel Navti, is an Educational Consultant based in the United Kingdom and currently serving as the Communication Officer for the Milestone Foundation.
With a strong commitment to social impact and community development, he leverage his expertise in education and communication to drive meaningful change.
Passionate about giving back, he use his voice and skills to inspire hope, amplify important causes, and contribute to initiatives that uplift and empower those in need.
Research and Evaluation Specialist
Dr. Bama Ethel holds a PhD in International Relations and is a former United Nations Volunteer with a deep passion for global change and sustainable development.
With an unwavering commitment to social impact, she has dedicated her career to advancing meaningful solutions for underprivileged communities.
In her role as a Research and Evaluation Specialist, Dr. Ethel brings analytical excellence and strategic insight to ensure that the Foundation’s programs are both effective and transformative. Her work reflects not only her academic expertise but also her heartfelt desire to make the world a better, more equitable place for all. Finance Officer
Achingale Miranda is a dedicated and uniquely compassionate professional with a Bachelor of Science in Chartered Accounting. With a strong commitment to excellence, she brings precision, transparency, and integrity to every aspect of her financial leadership.
Currently serving as both Financial Manager and Acting Manager of the Milestone Foundation, Miranda plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s mission forward.
Her passion lies in maintaining accurate and transparent financial records, ensuring that every resource is accounted for with honesty and diligence. She works closely with the founder to build a globally recognized foundation that exemplifies love, service, and impact.
Beyond her technical expertise, Miranda is deeply motivated by a desire to give back to society. Her work is not only professional but profoundly personal—guided by a heart for community, justice, and transformative change. Administrative Assistant & Community Outreach Coordinator
Franck is a passionate advocate and double major in Women and Gender Studies and Law at the University of Buea.
Through his work with Wfac, he has gained valuable experience in advocacy, communication, and leadership. He has played a central role in organizing major events like the Beijing+30 conference and mobilizing the AFWID 2025 delegation.
Franck also led powerful initiatives such as the 16 Days of Activism campaign against gender-based violence and a UNGA watch party.
As a facilitator of Comprehensive Sexuality Education, he equips adolescents with knowledge to make informed decisions about their health and futures.
His advocacy extends to climate justice, highlighting its connection to gender equality and sustainable development.
Serving as Secretary General at Milestone Foundation, he coordinates outreach to support orphans and street children.
A passionate guitar player, Franck finds joy and expression through music. His unwavering dedication continues to inspire meaningful change in his community.
