Founder/CEO
Barbara Navti is a Cameroonian philanthropist, Pan-African advocate, and celebrated Afro-Jazz artist.
As Founder and CEO of the Milestone Foundation, she has dedicated much of her life to uplifting underprivileged communities across Cameroon.
Raised in a devout Christian home, Barbara embraced values of love, humility, and service from an early age. Despite limited means, her compassion and generosity were evident even in childhood. She studied theology at the John Paul II Institute in Buea, strengthening her commitment to faith-driven service. Since 2013, her involvement with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul has shaped her deep connection to the elderly, children, and marginalized populations.
Beyond philanthropy, Barbara uses her Afro-Jazz platform to champion unity, hope, and social justice across Africa. She exemplifies resilience and transformational leadership, embodying the true spirit of Pan-Africanism. Barbara is a beacon of compassion, inspiring change and hope wherever her work and music reach.
Country Manager
Catherine Ndumbe is a development strategist, comprehensive sexuality educator, reproductive health advocate, mentor, and creative entrepreneur passionate about youth empowerment, education, and community transformation.
She serves in leadership within Nonprofit initiatives, championing mentorship, scholarship advocacy, and capacity-building programs for young people and women.
With experience in project coordination, public engagement, and impact storytelling, Catherine is also the founder of Epsy’s Cravings, a growing baking and food artistry brand known for creativity and excellence. She is committed to raising transformational leaders, fostering meaningful collaborations, and creating sustainable impact through mentorship, advocacy, and innovation.
MEAL Officer
Glory Atam is a passionate advocate for gender equity, environmental sustainability, and community resilience. With a degree in International Relations, she leads the Clean Sweep Project, empowering over 200 women and girls in Cameroon to recycle plastic waste into eco-friendly brooms.
She serves as the MEAL Officer at the Milestone Foundation, where she supports impactful, community-driven initiatives for underprivileged populations. Glory is committed to inclusive, locally driven solutions that bridge gender, health, and environmental sustainability.
Project Officer
Ekuh Bismark is a results-driven professional based in Buea, Cameroon, with a B.Sc. in International Relations from the University of Buea. He serves as Exams & Records Officer and Assistant Lecturer in Project Management at Mountain Higher Institute of Sustainable Studies, combining academic administration with student-focused teaching.
He also volunteers as Program Coordinator and Social Media Manager at Hallmark International Youth Club, leading SDG-focused initiatives. An active youth advocate, Ekuh has represented African youth at international forums including conferences in New York and global peace summits.
Communication Officer
Emmanuel Navti is an Educational Consultanat and serves as the Communication Officer for the Milestone Foundation.
With a strong commitment to social impact and community development, he leverages his expertise to drive meaningful change.
Passionate about giving back, he uses his voice and skills to inspire hope, amplify important causes, and contribute to initiatives that uplift and empower those in need.
Research and Evaluation Specialist
Ethel Bama (PhD.) in International Relations and former United Nations Volunteer, is dedicated to advancing sustainable development and global equity. As a Research and Evaluation Specialist, she applies analytical rigor and strategic insight to ensure programs deliver transformative impact.
Her career reflects both academic expertise and a profound commitment to social change, positioning her as a resilient leader and powerful advocate for positive global progress.
Finance Officer
Miranda Achingale , BSc in Chartered Accounting, is a dedicated financial leader committed to precision, transparency, and integrity. Serving as Financial Manager and Acting Manager of the Milestone Foundation, she ensures resources are managed with honesty and diligence.
Beyond technical expertise, Miranda’s work reflects compassion, justice, and transformative vision, positioning her as a pivotal force in advancing the Foundation’s mission and global impact with accountability and service.
Administrative Assistant
Franck, a double major in Women and Gender Studies and Law at the University of Buea, is a passionate advocate for equality and sustainable development. With Wfac, he gained leadership experience through initiatives like Beijing+30, AFWID 2025, and the 16 Days of Activism campaign.
As the Administrative Assistant of Milestone Foundation, he supports vulnerable children while advancing climate justice, education, and community empowerment, inspiring meaningful change.
Education & Disability Inclusion Director
Cornelius, Education and Disability Inclusion Lead at Milestone Foundation, is a dedicated advocate for equity in education. He designs and coordinates inclusive programs, builds partnerships with schools and communities, and develops policies that remove barriers to learning.
Passionate about social impact, Cornelius champions dignity, participation, and opportunity, ensuring children with disabilities have access to quality education and thrive in supportive, transformative environments.
Outreach Coordinator - Bamenda
Anslem Tarshey is an agro-pastoral professional dedicated to growth, service, and meaningful community impact. Known for his humility, strong values, and integrity, he brings purpose and commitment to every role.
Formerly a community development associate with CIFA, he now serves as Outreach Coordinator for Milestone Foundation, empowering communities, mobilizing action, and driving sustainable change across the North West Region of Cameroon.
